Installation Guidelines

1. Ensure the entire automation system and field power supply are de-energized before mounting or removing any Bus Terminal.
2. Inspect the Bus Terminal physical housing for any visible damage prior to mechanical installation.
3. Mount the KL4434 onto a standard 35 mm DIN rail (conforming to EN 60715) by snapping it into place. Ensure the side-by-side slot and key connection fully engages with neighboring terminals.
4. Verify that the terminal locking mechanism is properly engaged on the DIN rail to prevent sliding.
5. Strip field conductors to a length of 8 to 9 mm. Insert a flat-blade screwdriver into the spring release slot, insert the wire into the connection terminal point, and release the tension to secure the wire.
6. Connect the external analog loads to the designated terminal points (1 to 4 for outputs, 5 to 8 for reference ground). Avoid routing analog signal wiring parallel to high-voltage power cables to minimize electromagnetic interference.
