Installation Guidelines

  • DIN Rail Mounting: Secure the EL3002 onto a 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60715). Use the integrated double slot and key connection for reliable side-by-side assembly.
  • Wiring: The terminal accepts solid (0.08–2.5 mm²) and flexible (0.14–1.5 mm²) conductors. Use a screwdriver for spring-loaded terminal actuation. Strip wires to a length of 8–9 mm.
  • Environmental: The unit is IP20 rated. Ensure installation in a clean, temperature-controlled environment within the specified -25 to +60 degC range.
  • Hazardous Areas: Complies with ATEX (II 3 G Ex nA IIC T4 Gc). Ensure all local safety regulations are followed when integrating into potentially explosive atmospheres.
