Installation Guidelines

CRITICAL WARNING

Ensure the control cabinet is fully de-energized and locked out before beginning installation. Applying incorrect voltage or failing to properly ground the unit can result in permanent damage.

  1. 1 Verify that all power sources to the control cabinet are de-energized and follow site-specific Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  2. 2 Prepare the panel cutout according to the mechanical dimensions specified for the Panel PC 670 series. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and flat.
  3. 3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the enclosure. Secure it evenly from the rear using the provided mounting clamps to ensure a proper seal.
  4. 4 Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the designated power input terminals. Strictly observe correct polarity (+/-) as indicated on the unit.
  5. 5 Connect the functional earth (FE) or chassis ground terminal to the enclosure's main grounding bus using a low-impedance conductor.
  6. 6 Connect any required peripherals such as network cables, keyboards, or other interface connections.
  7. 7 After verifying all connections, remove LOTO devices and re-energize the cabinet to commission the Panel PC.
