Installation Guidelines

CRITICAL WARNING: Electrical Hazard

Installation must be performed by qualified personnel only. Disconnect and lock out all power sources before installation or maintenance to prevent electric shock and equipment damage. Ensure the enclosure provides adequate ventilation to prevent overheating.

  1. 1Ensure all power to the control cabinet is de-energized and locked out.
  2. 2Verify the panel cutout dimensions match the Panel PC's requirements for a secure fit.
  3. 3Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the enclosure. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to the specified torque.
  4. 4Connect a protective earth (PE) or ground wire to the designated terminal on the chassis. This is a critical safety connection.
  5. 5Connect the 115-230V AC mains power cable to the unit's power input connector.
  6. 6Connect all required communication, peripheral, and I/O cables. Ensure proper strain relief for all connections.
  7. 7After closing the cabinet door, restore power and verify that the Panel PC boots correctly and establishes communication.
