Installation Guidelines
CRITICAL WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Disconnect all power sources and implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures before installation, service, or removal. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel familiar with industrial control panel standards and electrical safety practices. Failure to de-energize the system can result in severe injury or death.
-
1
Panel Preparation: Prepare the control cabinet panel cutout according to the device's mechanical drawings. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of debris to guarantee a proper seal against environmental ingress.
-
2
Mounting: Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the panel. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps. Tighten the clamps evenly in a cross pattern to the manufacturer's specified torque to ensure uniform gasket compression.
-
3
Grounding: Connect the chassis grounding terminal to the control cabinet's main protective earth (PE) busbar using a low-impedance conductor. A reliable ground connection is essential for operator safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
-
4
Power Connection: Connect the 115-230V AC power supply to the designated input terminals. Ensure the source voltage matches the device's rating. Use appropriately sized and insulated conductors, and route power cables separately from low-voltage signal and communication lines.

Final Checks: Before re-energizing the cabinet, verify all connections are secure and correctly terminated. Remove all tools and foreign objects from the enclosure. Close and secure the cabinet door, then remove LOTO devices and apply power.
