  3. 3 Install the replacement 6AV7614-0AE32-0CH0 into the panel cutout, ensuring the gasket provides a proper seal. Secure it evenly using all provided mounting clamps.
  4. 4 Connect the main protective earth (PE) ground terminal to the cabinet's grounding bus using a low-impedance conductor. This is critical for safety and noise immunity.
  5. 5 Reconnect all communication (e.g., Ethernet, PROFIBUS) and peripheral (e.g., USB, keyboard) cables. Ensure connectors are fully seated and secured.
  6. 6 Connect the 115-230V AC mains power cable. After removing LOTO and re-energizing the cabinet, power on the Panel PC and verify that the operating system boots correctly.
