  2. 2 Prepare Panel Cutout: Verify that the panel cutout dimensions match the requirements for the PC670 chassis. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of debris to maintain the intended IP rating.
  3. 3 Mount the Unit: Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the enclosure. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to the manufacturer's specified torque to ensure a proper seal.
  4. 4 Connect Protective Earth (PE): Connect a dedicated protective earth conductor to the designated grounding terminal on the Panel PC chassis. This is critical for operator safety and EMI protection.
  5. 5 Connect Power and Peripherals: Connect the 115-230V AC power supply using the provided mains cable. Connect any required peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and network cables to their respective ports.
  6. 6 Final Checks and Power-Up: Once all connections are secure, close the enclosure door. Remove the LOTO device and re-energize the main power supply. Power on the Panel PC and verify correct operation.
