Installation Guidelines

CRITICAL WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock

Installation must be performed exclusively by qualified personnel. Disconnect and lock out all power sources before accessing terminals or performing any installation, wiring, or maintenance activities. Failure to comply can result in severe injury or death.

  1. 1 Ensure the control cabinet or panel is fully de-energized and locked out according to safety procedures before beginning installation.
  2. 2 Verify the panel cutout dimensions are correct for the Panel PC chassis. Ensure a clean, flat, and rigid mounting surface.
  3. 3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout and secure it evenly from the rear using all provided mounting clamps. Do not overtighten.
  4. 4 Connect the provided 230V mains cable to the unit's power inlet and to a properly rated and protected power source.
  5. 5 Establish a low-impedance connection from the chassis grounding point to the main protective earth (PE) busbar of the cabinet.
  6. 6 Connect all required communication, peripheral, and I/O cables. Ensure proper strain relief and cable routing to prevent interference.
  7. 7 After verifying all connections are secure and correct, remove the lockout/tagout devices and re-energize the main panel supply to commission the unit.
