Installation Guidelines
CRITICAL WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
This equipment is powered by hazardous AC voltage (115-230V). All installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting must be performed by qualified personnel only. Failure to de-energize the system before servicing can result in severe injury or death. Always follow local Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
-
1
Ensure the control cabinet or mounting location is completely de-energized and locked out before beginning installation. Verify the absence of voltage.
-
2
Prepare the panel cutout according to the manufacturer's dimensional drawings. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and can support the weight of the unit (12.00 kg).
-
3
Insert the Panel PC into the cutout and secure it evenly using all provided mounting clamps. Do not overtighten the clamps, as this can warp the bezel and damage the display.
-
4
Connect a dedicated protective earth (PE) or grounding conductor to the designated chassis terminal. This connection is critical for safety and noise immunity.
-
5
Connect the 115-230V AC power cable to the unit's power input. Ensure the source voltage matches the equipment rating.
-
6
Connect all required communication and peripheral cables (e.g., Ethernet, USB, serial). Route cables to prevent strain and interference.
-
7
After verifying all connections are secure and correct, remove the lockout/tagout devices and re-energize the main power supply to the cabinet. Power on the Panel PC and confirm proper boot-up and operation.
