Installation Guidelines
CRITICAL WARNING: HAZARD OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Installation must be performed by qualified personnel only. Disconnect and lock out all power sources before accessing terminals. Failure to comply with safety precautions can result in severe injury or death. Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow site-specific safety procedures.
-
1
Ensure the control cabinet is completely de-energized and locked out before beginning installation. Verify zero voltage state.
-
2
Prepare the panel cutout according to the device's mechanical specifications. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of debris.
-
3
Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to ensure a proper seal.
-
4
Connect the protective earth (PE) terminal to the cabinet's main ground point using a low-impedance conductor. This is a critical safety connection.
-
5
Connect the 110-230V AC power supply cable to the designated input terminals. Ensure the source voltage matches the device's rating.
-
6
Connect any required communication (e.g., Ethernet) or peripheral cables to the appropriate ports on the rear of the unit.
-
7
After verifying all connections are secure, remove the lockout/tagout and re-energize the cabinet. Power on the Panel PC and perform functional checks.
