2 Verify the panel cutout dimensions match the requirements for the Panel PC 677B chassis. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and rigid.
3 Insert the Panel PC into the prepared cutout from the front of the enclosure.
4 From the rear, install and evenly tighten all provided mounting clamps to secure the unit against the panel gasket, ensuring a proper seal.
5 Connect a dedicated protective earth (PE) conductor to the designated grounding terminal on the chassis. This connection is mandatory for safety.
6 Connect the 110/230 V AC power supply cable. Ensure the source voltage matches the unit's rating.
7 Connect all required communication (Ethernet, PROFIBUS, Serial) and peripheral (USB) cables.
8 After verifying all connections are secure, restore power to the cabinet and boot the Panel PC to confirm functionality.
