When operating at the upper thermal limit of 60 degC, maintain at least 20 mm of lateral clearance from adjacent heat-producing components on the DIN rail. High PoE loads generate significant internal thermal dissipation; operating at maximum PoE budget inside unventilated, sealed enclosures can lead to thermal throttling or premature component aging.
Always utilize shielded twisted pair (STP) Cat5e or Cat6 cabling in high-noise industrial environments to mitigate electromagnetic interference (EMI).
