The 3300 XL 11 mm proximity probe is used within 3300 XL 11 mm monitoring chains to measure axial position, ramp differential expansion, rod drop, or speed. This unarmored M14 x 1.5 thread variant operates over a 4.0 mm (160 mils) linear range, which begins approximately 0.5 mm (20 mils) from the target. It connects to a 330780 Proximitor sensor via a 330730 extension cable to achieve a 5-meter or 9-meter total system length.
