Description

The 330881-28-04-070-03-02 is a metric-configured integrated proximity transducer assembly in the Bently Nevada PROXPAC XL series. This configuration integrates a 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe and a 3300 XL Proximitor sensor into a single, self-contained unit. It is configured with Option 28 (3300 XL 8 mm probe with Multiple Approvals), Option 04 (40 mm standoff adapter), Option 070 (70 mm probe penetration depth), Option 03 (one M20 conduit fitting and two plugs), and Option 02 (3/4-14 NPT process mounting thread).

  • Environmental Sealing: Use appropriate thread sealant on the 3/4-14 NPT process mounting threads and M20 conduit fittings to maintain the IP66 rating and prevent oil or water intrusion into the housing.
  • Grounding: Connect the internal grounding liner to plant ground to ensure adequate protection against electrostatic discharge and signal noise.
