Description

Designed for direct connection of stepper motors in decentralized, demanding industrial environments, the EP7041-3102 motion interface module provides precise control for two-phase bipolar and unipolar stepper motors. This robust EtherCAT Box integrates a high-performance power stage, auxiliary digital inputs, and an dedicated 5 V DC encoder interface to enable closed-loop travel distance control. With its IP67-rated enclosure, this module can be mounted directly on machinery without an electrical cabinet, significantly reducing wiring overhead and installation footprints.

The EP7041-3102 utilizes EtherCAT communication for high-speed synchronization and utilizes 256-fold micro-stepping to ensure exceptionally smooth motor operation, high positioning accuracy, and minimal resonance.
