Description
Fully threaded M10 x 1 metric probe body with stainless steel protective armor, 0 mm unthreaded length (Option 00), 140 mm overall case length (Option 14), and a 1.0 m total length (Option 10) — 330104-00-14-10-11-00. This configuration is part of the Bently Nevada 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System, which is used for non-contact shaft vibration and axial position measurements in rotating machinery.
This specific variant features Option 11, which includes a miniature ClickLoc coaxial connector with an integrated fluorosilicone connector protector on a FluidLoc cable. The FluidLoc design blocks oil and other industrial fluids from migrating along the inside of the cable, making it ideal for severe oil-exposure environments. With Option 00 for agency approvals, this probe is configured for non-hazardous locations or applications where standard international approvals are not required.
Features
-
Armor Option: Integrated flexible stainless steel armor (AISI 302 or 304) with an FEP outer jacket provides high mechanical protection.
-
FluidLoc Cable (Option 11): Seals against internal fluid migration along the coaxial cable jacket.
-
Connector Protector: Fluorosilicone boot installed on the miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector shields the junction from moisture and contaminants.
-
M10 x 1 Metric Thread: Metric thread configuration with a fully threaded case length of 140 mm.
-
Standard Operating Range: Operates reliably from -52 degC to +177 degC (-62 degF to +350 degF) for the probe tip and cable.
Applications
Typically used for monitoring shaft vibration, radial position, and axial position on critical rotating machinery. Applications include steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, gearboxes, pumps, and electric motors in power generation, chemical processing, and oil and gas industries.

Installation Guidelines
Ensure the probe mounting location is rigid enough to prevent vibration. When installing, tighten the M10 x 1 threaded probe case to the recommended torque. Avoid bending the armored cable below the minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in). The FluidLoc cable provides protection against fluid migration, but the connector connection should be clean and dry. Keep the probe tip clear of surrounding metal to prevent side-loading calibration errors.
Compliance and Certifications
This SKU (Option 00 for Agency Approvals) is standard and does not carry hazardous area certifications. For applications requiring ATEX, IECEx, or CSA approvals, select Option 05 or equivalent certified variants.
