Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Ensure all power sources to the control cabinet are de-energized and locked out. Verify the absence of voltage with a properly rated meter.
2. 2 Prepare the panel cutout according to the manufacturer's dimensional drawings. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and rigid to maintain the specified environmental protection rating.
3. 3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout and secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps. Tighten the clamps evenly in a cross-pattern to the specified torque to ensure a uniform seal.
4. 4 Connect a low-impedance protective earth (PE) conductor to the designated chassis grounding terminal. This is critical for safety and noise immunity.
