Installation Guidelines

• Thread Engagement Limits: The maximum length of thread engagement for M10 x 1 threads is 15 mm. Ensuring proper thread engagement prevents binding during installation.
• Probe Case Torque: Tighten standard forward-mounted probes to a maximum rated torque of 22.6 N-m (200 in-lbf). A torque of 7.5 N-m (66 in-lbf) is recommended for the first three threads.
• Cable Bend Radius: Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) to prevent physical cable damage or signal degradation.
• Connector Tightening: Ensure that gold-plated ClickLoc connectors are joined finger-tight. Do not use pliers or tools which can damage the connection interface.
