CRITICAL WARNING:

Ensure all upstream power supplies (main circuit and control circuit) are fully de-energized, locked out, and tagged out before beginning any wiring or mechanical mounting procedures. Wiring & Shielding: Connect the power cables (U, V, W, and Ground) and encoder cables using matched, shielded industrial-grade connections. Ground the motor chassis frame to the main protective earth (PE) terminal of the control cabinet to suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Brake Power Supply: Provide a dedicated, stabilized 24V DC power source for the electromagnetic brake. Do not share this power line with the 24V DC control power of the PLC or input sensors, as inductive flyback spikes from the brake coil can disrupt control logic.
