Designed for high-accuracy temperature monitoring within the Omron Sysmac platform, the NX-TS2101 serves as a 2-channel thermocouple temperature input module. The module features channel-to-channel isolation to prevent electrical interference and ground loops across process zones. Equipped with a high-density 16-point screwless push-in clamping terminal block, it simplifies field wiring and reduces installation times. Communication and synchronization are handled via the backplane, supporting free-run refreshing to maintain consistent signal updates.

  • Route thermocouple extension cables away from high-voltage motor cables and power lines to reduce electromagnetic noise interference.
