The Woodward 5466-332 is a High-Density Analog I/O Module designed for use within the MicroNet control system architecture. The module features 24 analog inputs (4-20 mA) with reduced filtering on channels 23 and 24, as well as 8 analog outputs (4-20 mA) configured for simplex applications. It provides precise signal acquisition and stable control outputs using high-resolution digital-to-analog converters to ensure exact signal reproduction across critical industrial applications. Installation Guidelines

  • Chassis Mounting: Slide the module into the designated card guides of the MicroNet chassis until it firmly engages with the motherboard connectors.
  • Securing Module: Tighten the top and bottom front panel screws to secure the module in place and prevent movement during operation.
  • Handling and Extraction: Use the top and bottom handles when installing or extracting the module. Toggle the handles outward to disengage the board from the motherboard connections.
  • Cable Connections: Connect high-density 62-conductor analog cables to the two sub D connectors on the front panel to interface with Field Termination Modules (FTMs).
