Installation Guidelines

DIN Rail Mounting

Install onto standard 35 mm mounting rails (TH35-15 or TH35-7.5) in accordance with IEC 60715. Snap the module firmly into place using mounting positions 1 through 7 to guarantee stability under mechanical vibration.

Minimum Mounting Clearances

To maintain adequate vertical air circulation and minimize physical thermal load transfers, leave a minimum clearance of 25 mm horizontally and vertically from any adjacent electrically conductive board or equivalent equipment of the same unit type.

Wire Termination Requirements

Ensure input connections conform to a tightening torque of 0.5 N-m (4.4 in-lb). Output connections must be tightened securely to 1.2 N-m (10.5 in-lb) to minimize contact resistance and overheating at higher current thresholds.
