For highly precise thermal monitoring within automated industrial environments, the AJ65BT-64RD3 serves as an industrial-grade platinum resistance temperature detector (RTD) input module. This remote device station interfaces directly with CC-Link networks, allowing seamless integration of temperature sensor telemetry into central PLC and DCS systems.

The module supports four independent 3-wire RTD input channels compatible with standard Pt100 and JPt100 sensors. It translates raw analog sensor signals into either 16-bit or high-resolution 32-bit signed binary values, ensuring precise digital conversion. Electrical isolation via internal photocouplers isolates the sensor input circuitry from the CC-Link communication line, safeguarding the network from common-mode voltage spikes and electromagnetic noise.
