Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Prepare the mounting cutout in the control cabinet panel according to the device's mechanical specifications. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of burrs.
2. 2 Insert the HMI panel into the cutout from the front. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to ensure a proper seal against the panel gasket. Do not overtighten.
3. 3 Connect the functional earth (FE) terminal on the HMI to the control cabinet's ground bar using a short, low-impedance conductor to minimize noise interference.
4. 4 Connect the 24V DC power supply to the designated terminals, observing correct polarity. Use shielded cables for power and communication lines where possible, grounding the shield at one end.
5. 5 Connect the PROFINET cable to the RJ45 port. Ensure proper cable routing away from high-voltage lines to prevent electromagnetic interference. Once all connections are secure, power may be restored to the system.
