Description

Industrial serial communication tasks demanding IP67-level environmental protection are directly addressed by the Beckhoff EP6002-0002 serial interface module. This ruggedized EtherCAT Box enables the decentralized integration of up to two serial end devices directly in the field, bypassing the need for protective control cabinets. Each of the two channels can be configured independently, allowing simultaneous operation of RS232, RS422, or RS485 protocols.
