Compared to unarmored variants like the 330101 series, the 330102 model incorporates flexible stainless steel armor over the coaxial cable to withstand mechanical wear, abrasion, and debris in harsh operating environments. While other configurations may utilize a miniature connector protector (such as Option 01), this specific Option 02 configuration features a standard ClickLoc coaxial connector without a protector sleeve, allowing direct connection to extension cables in standard conduits.

Installation Guidelines

• Maintain a minimum thread engagement of 0.563 inches (14.3 mm) during probe case installation.
• Ensure that unthreaded length is selected to keep the probe body within any machine mounting sleeve if applicable.
• Keep probe tip clearance at a minimum of 1.5 times the probe tip diameter from surrounding metal to avoid side-viewing interference.
• Do not expose the probe seals to temperatures below -34 degC to prevent premature seal failure.
