The Siemens 6AV6645-0DD01-0AX1 is a SIMATIC Mobile Panel 277 IWLAN V2, a robust handheld Human Machine Interface (HMI) designed for flexible control and monitoring in industrial environments. This panel features a 7.5-inch TFT color display with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and supports both touchscreen and key-based operation. It is engineered for wireless connectivity via IWLAN and supports the PROFINET protocol for seamless integration into modern automation systems. Configuration is performed using WinCC flexible Standard Version 2008 or higher, or TIA Portal V11 SP2 or higher. This unit includes one main battery for cordless operation. Please note that the power supply and charging accessories are not included and must be ordered separately.

  3. 3 Before first use, fully charge the battery using the separately ordered charging station (6AV6671-5CE00-0AX1) or tabletop power supply (6AV6671-5CN00-0AX2).
  4. 4 Configure the device's IWLAN settings to connect to the facility's industrial wireless network according to site-specific security and network policies.
  5. 5 Download the HMI application project from the engineering station to the Mobile Panel via the configured network connection.
