Description

This configuration utilizes a 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe with a 3/8-24 UNF thread, no unthreaded length (Option 00), 2.0 meters of total lead length (Option 20), and CSA, ATEX, and IECEx agency approvals for hazardous environments (Option 05).

Unlike standard coaxial cable variants, the integrated FluidLoc cable is designed to prevent process oil, moisture, and other industrial lubricants from migrating out of the machine casing through the interior of the probe cable. Operating on the eddy-current measurement principle, the probe provides non-contact displacement and shaft vibration data, pairing with a standard 3300 XL Proximitor sensor and extension cable to interface with Bently Nevada 3500 monitoring systems.
