Description

Designed for the 3500 Machinery Monitoring System, the 3500/15-01-00-01 provides highly reliable instrument-grade power to system modules. This machinery monitoring system power supply operates as a half-height module that installs into designated power slots on the left side of the 3500 rack, converting plant line power into the regulated DC voltages required by the monitor backplane.

The 3500/15-01-00-01 features a single-supply configuration with a Low Voltage AC power supply module installed in the top slot (85 to 132 Vac rms), while the bottom slot remains empty ("00" option designation). This configuration is ideal for installations where redundant power supplies are not required. It carries Class 1, Division 2 hazardous area certifications, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. Please note that this legacy model has been officially succeeded by the updated 3500/15-05-00-CN configuration.

Installation Guidelines

When installing or replacing the 3500/15-01-00-01 power supply, ensure the rack power source is completely de-energized. Slide the module into the designated power slot on the far left of the 3500 rack frame. Secure the rear panel screws to ensure correct grounding and physical mounting. To maintain optimal operating temperatures (-30 degC to +65 degC), verify that cabinet ventilation paths and cooling fans are unobstructed.
