330104-00-20-15-12-05: 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe configured with M10 x 1 metric threads, stainless steel armor, 0 mm unthreaded length, 200 mm overall case length, 1.5 m total cable length, FluidLoc cable with a miniature ClickLoc coaxial connector, and CSA/ATEX/IECEx hazardous area approvals.
Unlike non-armored variants such as the 330103, this 330104 model includes integrated stainless steel armor to shield the coaxial cable against physical damage and abrasive environments. The FluidLoc cable configuration (Option 12) prevents oil or other process fluids from leaking along the internal cable structure, making it distinct from standard cable configurations (Option 02). This specific configuration serves applications that demand a medium-length metric case and hazardous area certifications without requiring an integrated connector protector.

The maximum length of thread engagement for M10 x 1 probe cases is 15 mm. Ensure the threaded mount has a matching class fit to prevent binding during installation. Tighten the ClickLoc coaxial connector only to finger tight. Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) for the armored coaxial cable. Standard system grounding must be followed, ensuring the probe case is isolated from external electrical noise or properly tied to machine ground.
