Installation Guidelines

• Do not exceed a maximum thread engagement length of 0.375 inches for 1/4-28 UNF threaded cases to prevent binding.
• Maintain a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 inch) along the coaxial cable run to prevent signal degradation.
• Clean and align ClickLoc connectors before mating. Hand-tighten and apply a maximum of 0.56 N-m (5 in-lb) connector-to-connector torque.
• Avoid routing probe cables parallel to high-voltage AC lines or near sources of electromagnetic interference.
• Install according to Bently Nevada drawing 141092 for intrinsically safe systems, or drawing 140979 for non-incendive/non-sparking systems.
