What is the function of the test points on the faceplate of the module?

The six faceplate test points allow technical personnel to take precise bus voltage measurements using physical voltmeter probes.

How do the Self-check and Line 1 LEDs indicate status on the device?

Both are dual-color status LEDs. They remain green during normal operation. The Self-check LED turns red upon detecting an internal hardware failure, and the Line 1 LED turns red if input power falls outside the specified operating range.
