Description

Option 28 (3300 XL 8 mm probe with Multiple Approvals) and Option 15 (1.5 in standoff adapter) specify this PROXPAC XL Proximity Transducer configuration — 330880-28-15-035-00-02.

This integrated proximity transducer assembly combines the probe and Proximitor sensor into a single polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) housing. The self-contained design eliminates the need for an external extension cable between the probe and Proximitor sensor, as well as the need for a separate Proximitor junction enclosure. Field wiring connects directly between the monitors and the internal terminals. This configuration features a 3.5 in probe penetration depth (Option 035), no conduit fittings (Option 00), and a 3/4-14 NPT mounting thread (Option 02) suitable for severe industrial machinery case interfaces.
