Installation Guidelines

To ensure proper electrical operation and system integrity, mount the probe with a 1.0 mm (40 mils) initial gap. Ensure that the unthreaded length (0.0 in) and case length (3.2 in) match the local machine bracket depth to avoid thread binding or over-penetration. Standard coaxial ClickLoc connectors should be joined securely; if the connection is subject to liquid exposure or high humidity, installing a connector protector kit is recommended.
