The Honeywell MC-TLPA02 is a conformally coated Power Adapter board designed for the High-Performance Process Manager (HPM) subsystem within the TDC 3000 / TotalPlant Solution (TPS) architecture. It provides essential communication routing and power interfacing between an Input/Output Processor (IOP), such as the MU-PLAM02 or MC-PLAM02 Low Level Multiplexer (LLMux) IOP, and corresponding Field Termination Assemblies (FTAs). The board plays a critical role in integrating temperature measurement devices and serial interfaces into the core control system, enabling seamless data flow across the Universal Control Network (UCN).
