Installation Guidelines

CRITICAL WARNING

Isolate all electrical power systems prior to mounting, removing, or wiring any NX Series module. Failure to de-energize the main bus and external current loops can result in hardware destruction or unexpected system activation.

Hook the top hook of the NX-AD3208 onto the DIN rail and press the module firmly downward until it clicks securely into place.

Ensure the side connector pins mate correctly with the adjacent CPU, coupler, or adjacent NX module to secure robust communications.

Prepare solid wire or ferruled stranded wire (0.25 to 1.5 mm sq.). Insert the wire directly into the screwless clamping terminals for secure, tool-free connection.

What is the maximum input current limit for each channel on the NX-AD3208?

Are the individual channels on the NX-AD3208 isolated from each other?
