  2. 2 Protective Earth (PE) Connection: Connect the chassis grounding terminal to the control cabinet's main protective earth busbar using a low-impedance conductor. This connection is critical for personnel safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
  3. 3 Power Supply Wiring: Connect a stable, filtered 24V DC power source to the designated power input terminals. Verify correct polarity (+/-) before energizing. Use appropriately sized conductors and ensure connections are torqued to the specified value. Route power cables separately from high-noise or communication cables.
  4. 4 Interface and Communication Cabling: Connect all required communication and I/O cables (e.g., Ethernet, serial). Ensure proper shielding and grounding practices are followed for all data cables to minimize interference. Secure all connectors firmly.
