Installation Guidelines

1 Verify that the panel cutout dimensions match the unit's specifications for a secure and proper fit. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and clean.
2 Confirm the control cabinet is fully de-energized and locked out. Use a multimeter to verify zero-energy state at the intended power connection points.
3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the panel. Install and tighten all mounting clamps evenly around the bezel to the manufacturer's recommended torque to ensure a proper seal.
4 Connect the Protective Earth (PE) conductor to the designated terminal on the unit chassis. This connection is critical for safety and must be made first.
5 Connect the AC power supply cable to the unit's power input connector. Ensure the source voltage matches the 110-230V AC rating.
6 Connect any required peripherals, such as keyboards or memory devices, to the available USB and communication ports.
7 After closing the cabinet and removing the lockout/tagout device, re-apply power to the system and verify that the Panel PC boots correctly.
