Description

The Bently Nevada 129478-01 High Voltage dc Power Input Module (PIM) is a Power Input Module designed for machinery protection system power distribution. The module is a special half-height rear card located directly behind the associated 129486-01 High Voltage dc Power Supply Module within the 3500/15 power supply system. It accepts an input voltage of 88 to 140 Vdc, routing power through the internal rack power bus architecture to support machinery monitoring and protection hardware. The module incorporates input fuse protection, where an over-voltage condition causes the fuse to open to protect downstream components, while under-voltage conditions cause no harm to the module.
