Installation Guidelines

• Mounting Torque: Recommended tightening torque is 5.1 N-m (45 in-lb) for probe case mounting. Do not exceed maximum torque of 7.3 N-m (65 in-lb) to prevent thread or case damage.
• Cable Routing: Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) along the FEP triaxial cable. Ensure the cable is secured to avoid chafing or mechanical wear from rotating parts.
• Connector Assembly: Clean coaxial connectors before joining. Hand-tighten the ClickLoc connectors until they "click" into place. Do not use tools unless joining non-XL connectors, which require a finger-tight plus 1/8-turn tight.
