330901-10-25-10-02-00 is an unarmored 3300 NSv proximity probe configured with a 1/4-28 UNF thread, a 1.0-inch unthreaded case length, a 2.5-inch overall case length, a 1.0-meter total cable length, and a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector on standard cable, without requiring hazardous area agency approvals. This non-contact, eddy-current displacement sensor is designed for tight clearances and reduced target areas where standard-sized proximity probe tips are too large to fit.

This 330901 configuration differs from armored models (such as the 330902 series) by omitting stainless steel armor on the 75-ohm coaxial lead, which allows for increased cable flexibility during routing in tight machinery casings. The Option 02 miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector provides a secure locking mechanism with a standard connection profile, making it suitable for clean, dry installations where a fluid-sealed connector protector (such as Option 01) is not required.

Installation Guidelines

• Maintain a minimum separation of at least 25 mm (1.0 in) for axial setups or 23 mm (0.9 in) for radial vibration setups to prevent electromagnetic cross-talk.
• Avoid exposing the probe to temperatures below -34 degC (-30 degF) for sustained periods to protect the internal Viton pressure seal.
• Use a #3 or larger tap drill when preparing internal casing threads for the 1/4-28 UNF-2A probe casing.
• Do not exceed the maximum thread engagement length of 0.375 inches for 1/4-28 threads.
• Torque the probe case during installation to the recommended 5.1 N-m (45 in-lb) and do not exceed the maximum limit of 7.3 N-m (65 in-lb).
• Hand-tighten ClickLoc connectors; do not exceed 0.56 N-m (5 in-lb) of torque on coaxial connections.
