Description

The 3500/65-01-CN provides 16 channels of continuous temperature monitoring , accepting resistance temperature detector (RTD) and isolated tip thermocouple (TC) inputs. This temperature monitor conditions all field signals and evaluates them against user-programmable Alert and Danger alarm setpoints. Configured via the 3500 Rack Configuration Software, it handles isolated tip thermocouples, 3-wire RTDs, 4-wire RTDs, or combined TC/RTD arrangements. • Firmware Verification: Ensure that the 3500/22 transient data interface module firmware stands at Revision 1.50 or later, and matching configuration software is updated appropriately to support module additions.
• Wiring Separation: Do not attempt to hook up external termination blocks if an internal termination I/O module architecture is used.
