The HG-SR52B incorporates a high-resolution 22-bit absolute/incremental encoder, ensuring exceptional positioning accuracy and smooth speed regulation. Installation Guidelines

• Alignment and Mounting: Ensure precise coupling alignment with the driven shaft. Excess misalignment can lead to premature bearing wear or shaft breakage. Do not exceed the allowable radial load of 980 N or thrust load of 490 N.
• Environmental Protection: To maintain the IP67 protection rating, install appropriate liquid-tight connectors and ensure cables are routed with a drip loop to prevent water or oil from traveling down the cable to the motor connectors.
• Heat Dissipation: Install the motor in a well-ventilated space. Avoid direct exposure to heat-radiating elements, and ensure the surrounding air does not exceed 40 degC during continuous operation.
• Grounding and Shielding: Connect the motor's protective earth terminal securely to the cabinet ground. Use shielded power and encoder cables to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI).
