Installation Guidelines

• Ensure the system power supply is completely disconnected before mounting or removing the CPU unit.
• Mount the CPU unit securely onto a standard 35mm DIN rail, ensuring the yellow DIN rail mounting hooks are fully locked into place.
• Provide a minimum clearance of 20mm above and below the unit to allow natural convective airflow and prevent heat buildup.
• Ground the PLC system using a dedicated ground wire of 2 square millimeters or thicker, maintaining a ground resistance of less than 100 ohms.
• Verify that the total current consumption of all connected modules does not exceed the maximum output capacity of the system power supply module.
