  • Mount the module securely using the two integrated 3.5 mm diameter fixing holes intended for M3 screws.
  • Ensure that the environmental temperature remains between 0 and 55 degC during continuous operation.
  • To achieve the specified IP67 protection rating, all unused M8, M12, and snap-type ports must be sealed with appropriate protective caps.
  • Ensure correct routing of shielded copper communication cables (2 x 0.25 mm square recommended) away from high-power supply cables to minimize electromagnetic interference.

The module is powered via a 4-pin M8 male socket. An adjacent 4-pin M8 female socket allows loop-through of the 24 V DC control voltage to neighboring Fieldbus Box modules.
