To manage complex industrial processes, the AHCPU530-RS2 serves as a highly reliable main processing unit within the Delta AH Series PLC system. This high-density CPU module delivers swift execution speeds of 0.1 microseconds for basic LD instructions, enabling rapid logic processing and real-time system coordination in demanding automation environments. Equipped with built-in multi-mode RS-232/422/485 ports and a Mini-USB programming interface, this controller facilitates seamless integration with human-machine interfaces, variable frequency drives, and supervisory control networks.

The system architecture supports a large control scale, handling up to 4,352 local I/O points and expanding across up to 7 extension backplanes. Program storage is secured via a 256K steps (1MB) program capacity, complemented by robust data registers and native support for multiple IEC 61131-3 programming languages, including Ladder Diagram (LD), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Instruction List (IL), and Structured Text (ST).
