Description

Integrating Industrial PCs with remote Control Panels is simplified using the CU8803-0000 transmitter box, designed to implement the Beckhoff CP-Link 4 One Cable Display Link technology. This industrial hardware module enables the transmission of video signals, USB 2.0 data, and power over a single Cat.6A connection up to 100 meters away from the host PC.

By routing power directly through the connection, the CU8803-0000 transmitter box eliminates the need for a secondary local power supply at the operator terminal, streamlining system architecture and reducing field wiring costs. The unit connects directly to the PC’s standard DVI-D and USB-B ports and converts these signals for transport over a standardized RJ45 network cable.

• Mounting: Mount horizontally on a standard 35 mm DIN rail within a clean, dry control cabinet.

• Grounding: Ensure the DIN rail is properly grounded to mitigate electromagnetic interference on the communication lines.
