The BECKHOFF C6915-0020 is a compact, fanless control cabinet Industrial PC designed for space-saving installations. Engineered for high durability and performance, this unit integrates a 3½-inch motherboard with an Intel Atom x5-E3930 dual-core processor inside a rugged aluminum housing. Operating entirely with passive cooling, it is well-suited for medium-sized control tasks, automation systems, and execution of TwinCAT control applications in demanding industrial environments.

With its robust physical design, the BECKHOFF C6915-0020 offers excellent reliability by eliminating moving cooling components. Installation Guidelines

1. Environmental Verification: Ensure the operating site conforms to an ambient temperature range of 0 to 55 degC and complies with the IP20 protection class.
2. Power Isolation: Fully de-energize all power lines before initiating installation, mounting, or wiring processes.
3. Mechanical Mounting: Mount the PC securely to the rear wall of the control cabinet using the standard rear-wall mounting sheet. Ensure the device is aligned vertically.
4. Cooling Clearance: Provide a minimum free space of 5 cm (2 inches) above and below the PC to facilitate natural convective air circulation for passive cooling.
5. Wiring: Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the appropriate input terminal block. Terminate necessary communication interfaces such as Ethernet, USB, and DVI display cables.
6. Commissioning Check: Verify all terminal connections and ensure the system is properly grounded before supplying power to start the operating system and control runtimes.
