Description

The Bently Nevada 140482-01 is a Prox/Velom I/O module with external terminations designed for signal interfacing between transducers and the 3500/42M Proximitor Seismic Monitor or 3500/72M Recip Rod Position Monitor. The module routes input signals from Proximitor, accelerometer, Velomitor, or HTVS transducers located in the field through the rear slot of a 3500 system rack directly into the main monitor board. It conditions incoming signals and delivers power supply outputs while maintaining signal integrity for 4-channel vibration and position monitoring operations.

Features

  • Accepts inputs from Proximitor, accelerometer, Velomitor, or HTVS transducers
  • External termination interface design for off-rack field wiring connection
  • Supports multi-channel signal routing to the 3500/42M and 3500/72M monitor main boards
  • Occupies 1 full-height rear slot in the 3500 system rack

Applications

  • Machinery protection and condition monitoring
  • Hydro-turbines, gas turbines, and steam turbines
  • Reciprocating compressor rod position and drop monitoring
  • Industrial pumps, fans, and motor assemblies
