Installation & Commissioning

  • Verify the complete catalog number before replacing the installed monitor.

  • Confirm the existing proximity system uses a 200 mV/mil transducer configuration.

  • Verify compatibility with the installed 3300 8 mm, 3300 XL 8 mm, or 7200 5 mm and 8 mm system.

  • Record existing Alert, Danger, gap, recorder-output, and bypass settings before removal.

  • Confirm the rack alarm state before removing or installing the monitor.

  • Verify Channel A and Channel B probe signals after installation.

  • Check vibration, gap, Alert, Danger, and recorder outputs before returning the rack to service.

Replacement Notes

  • Match the complete 3300/16-02-01-01-01-00-00 configuration when sourcing a replacement.

  • Do not substitute another 3300/16 solely because the front panel appears identical.
